Clients must provide accurate shipment volumes, site access details, and equipment specifications before each engagement. Delays in submitting this information may affect scheduling and are the responsibility of the requesting party.

Harvesting equipment is supplied for industrial plantation operations only. Operators must hold valid certifications and follow the safety guidelines provided at delivery. Unauthorized modification or off-site use is not permitted.

Ninananas is not liable for crop loss, weather-related delays, or damages caused by improper equipment handling by client personnel. Our responsibility is limited to the direct services outlined in each signed agreement.

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice at least 30 days in advance. Outstanding payments and equipment returns must be settled before the termination date takes effect.

We may update these terms to reflect operational or legal changes. The latest version will always be published on this page. Continued use of our services after updates means acceptance of the revised conditions.
