Who Ninananas Is and Who We Work For

We run the wholesale supply chain for corporate pineapple plantations in Malaysia and supply the heavy harvesting equipment those operations depend on. Our work sits between the field and the packing floor, where volume, timing, and machine reliability decide whether a season runs smoothly.

01

Wholesale supply chain management

We coordinate the movement of harvested pineapple from plantation gates to processing and distribution hubs across Sarawak and beyond. Our team handles scheduling, transport routing, and load planning so that produce moves in consistent volumes and arrives within the windows buyers expect.

02

Heavy harvesting equipment supply

Large plantations need machinery that can handle wide rows, dense fruit loads, and long working days. We supply industrial tractors, hydraulic lifters, and field transport units built for that scale, and we support them with maintenance planning and operator guidance so the equipment stays productive across seasons.

03

B2B operations, not retail

We do not sell to grocery stores, smoothie bars, or dessert makers. Our clients are plantation operators, packing facilities, and regional distributors who need a logistics partner that understands crop cycles, weather delays, and the pressure of fixed delivery dates.

04

How we communicate

Our tone is direct and practical. We talk about tonnage, machine hours, route windows, and maintenance intervals, because that is the language our clients use when they plan their own operations. No fluff, no inflated promises, just clear coordination and dependable equipment.

Field Operations Leadership

The people behind Ninananas come from plantation management, heavy equipment maintenance, and regional logistics coordination. Their daily work keeps harvest schedules on track and equipment running through peak season.

Operations Director

Luis Ruiz Ruiz

Luis spent eleven years managing harvest crews across Sarawak before joining Ninananas. He coordinates the weekly dispatch of tractors and sorting crews, and he is the one who decides when a field is ready for harvest based on ripeness checks and weather windows.

Equipment Lead

Manuel Navarro Martinez

Manuel oversees the maintenance schedule for the company's industrial tractors and automated sorters. He trained with the original equipment manufacturers and keeps a spare-parts inventory that covers the most common breakdowns during the harvest months.

Supply Chain Coordinator

Rina Abdullah

Rina handles the routing of wholesale shipments from plantation gates to processing hubs. She works with the logistics team to adjust delivery windows when rain delays a harvest, and she keeps the client-facing schedule updated in real time.

Field Safety Supervisor

Tan Wei Ming

Tan runs the safety briefings for every crew before they enter a plantation. He checks that each operator has the right certification for the equipment they are assigned to, and he documents near-miss reports to reduce downtime from preventable incidents.
